CoinsBucket is a personal budget tracking application that helps users manage their daily spending through period-based budgets. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and may be accessed through web browsers and installed on compatible devices.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free and Paid Services

CoinsBucket offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Basic budget tracking with local data storage
• Pro tier: Cloud sync, transaction history, and additional features

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase.

5. User Data

For free users, all data is stored locally on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB). For Pro users, data is synced to our secure cloud servers. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
